Let m introduce you to some of my fuzzy friends . . .
Sedona (left) greets Maggie (right), shortly after the move to Stillwater. Maggie has been with me for five years and is the Arabian who started it all. Sedona has been a member of the herd since July.
Two bays and two greys . . .
Carrie, Sedona, Maggie, and Dharma (having a tantrum, as usual)
Here is my favorite girl (outside of my own) and her son, her first foal. She is a neat mare with a unique personality. I think she relates better to people than her own kind. I was on pins and needles waiting for the little man to arrive, and couldn't have been happier that all went well.
Do they get an prettier? This boy's personality is as sweet as his face. There seems to be nothing he wouldn't do for someone who asks. A really neat boy . . .
Ty, a papillion, has been with me for two years. We met while I was working as a veterinary technician, and although our first meeting consisted of needle sticks and banana-flavored dewormer, I think he has forgiven me. He has an incredible tolerance for the antics of his 'baby' brother Alex.
This is the new 'man of the house,' Alex. Alex is an incredible little rat - sharp, easy-going, and loyal. He is always at my leg, whether I am with the horses, making dinner, or blowing my nose. The picture was taken when Alex arrived, in June.
